Hi! I’m Lizzy. I am delighted to bring Smart Raspberry to the South West Lincoln area. I've always been an aspiring chef, I studied Hospitality and Catering at Grantham college. I then went on to work at a 2AA Rosette restaurant for ten years, developing my own dishes for seasonal menus whilst holding positions including Pastry chef and Sous Chef. I then moved into the education sector, teaching apprentice chefs in schools, restaurants and hotels across the East Midlands. I have had such a keen interest in cooking from a young age, I now want to pass on my skills and love for food to the next generation of cooks. I believe that every child deserves to learn these fundamental life skills that will enable them to make healthy choices and encourage the use of local, fresh ingredients. I run pre-school classes and after school classes during term time and parties and holiday workshops. I'm also available for private group hire. Classes fill up really quickly, so it's worth booking as soon as possible. If there's enough demand we can add new classes, so please let us know if there are any other classes you'd like to see.
