Kick start your SUMMER with a FUN, INTERACTIVE & ENERGETIC in-door, out-door FOOD AND FITNESS CAMP.

This week will be filled with mouth watering recipes that will be sure to increase your daily dose of FRUIT & VEG, as well as keep you FIT and RUNNING outdoors. Each day will consist of savoury and sweet dishes as well as at least two outdoor sports and games.

Monday 22nd July- Vegetable Samosas, Bench Ball, Apricot Crumble Squares, Rounders and Cherry and White Chocolate Muffins.

Tuesday 23rd July- Carrot and Sweet Potato Fritters, Tennis, Mixed Berry Eton Mess, Obstacle Course Race, and Thai Noodle Salad

Wednesday 24th July- Vegetable and Halloumi Skewers, 5-a-side Football, Upside Down Pear Cake, Dodgeball, and Fruit Smoothie

Thursday 25th July- Veggie Pizza Swirls, Capture the Flag, Apple & Date Crumble, Basketball, and Fruit Scones

Friday 26th July- Mediterranean Vegetable Parcels, Multi-racing, Mango and Passionfruit Pavlova, Football, and Mini Quiche.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 4-12 years. Please arrive at the venue at 8:50am for a prompt 09:00am start. All recipes, ingredients, cooking equipment and packaging are included.

Please bring a packed lunch, as well as a snack and plenty to drink (PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A NO NUTS POLICY)
